Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding issues and escalations.

Manage client relationships and maintain proper records of all issues/escalations raised.

Coordinate between and clients to ensure clear and timely communication.

Understand client concerns and raise relevant issues with the appropriate internal teams.

Follow up with internal teams and ensure timely closure of client issues.

Handle escalation and dispute management activities.

Support reconciliation and resolve discrepancies wherever required.

Prepare and maintain daily reports and MIS.

Handle other miscellaneous client requirements and ensure timely completion.

Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
