Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Show and recommend properties to potential buyers with tailored options
  • Build lasting relationships using a consultative sales approach
  • Manage the full sales process — from property visits to deal closures
  • Strategize to exceed targets and ensure timely closings
  • Work closely with channel partners to source high-quality leads
  • Stay updated on real estate trends to identify opportunities
  • What We’re Looking For:4–8 years of experience in residential real estate or resale
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network and knowledge of the local market
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate about real estate
