Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. ATM Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Regularly monitor ATM status and performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure ATMs are operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.

1. Cash Management:

• Ensure adequate cash levels in ATMs and manage cash replenishments.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and balances.
• Coordinate with the cash logistics team for timely refills and collections.

1. Customer Service:

• Address and resolve customer issues related to ATM transactions.
• Provide support and guidance to customers experiencing difficulties.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

1. Security and Compliance:

• Adhere to security protocols to safeguard ATM assets and data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Report any suspicious activities or discrepancies.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed logs of ATM activities and incidents.
• Prepare regular reports on ATM performance and issues.
• Document maintenance and service actions taken.

Educational Qualification:

• Must have completed 10th grade (Higher Secondary Education).
