Job Description
- Visit customers, shops, merchants, and business locations to collect pending payments.
- Collect cash and digital payments from customers as per company instructions.
- Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and outstanding payments.
- Deposit collected cash at the designated office or bank on time.
- Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
