Job Description
Manage collection and recovery of overdue payments from customers through calls, field visits, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues while meeting assigned collection targets.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries related to overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and recovery status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair debt recovery practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve collection efficiency.
