Team Leader – Collections & Debt Recovery (DRA Certified)
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 + Performance Incentives
Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to handle and drive a team of telecallers for Collections & Recovery. The role requires strong leadership, target focus, and hands-on team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of telecallers
- Monitor daily calling and collections performance
- Ensure team achieves monthly recovery targets
- Guide team on negotiation and difficult cases
- Track DPD buckets and improve recovery rate
- Coordinate with field team for escalations
- Mandatory Requirements:
- DRA Certified (Compulsory)
- 2–4 years experience in Collections/Recovery
- Minimum 1 year experience in Team Handling
