Senior Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Collections & Debt Recovery (DRA Certified)
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 + Performance Incentives
Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Leader / Assistant Manager to handle and drive a team of telecallers for Collections & Recovery. The role requires strong leadership, target focus, and hands-on team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of telecallers & field executive
- Having proven experience of handling collection and team at Agency Level.
- Managing agency operation, billing & revenue at portfolio level.
- Monitor daily calling, visits and collections performance.
- Ensure both team achieves monthly recovery targets
- Guide team on negotiation and difficult cases.
- Track DPD buckets and improve recovery rate.
- Coordinate with field team, tracking visits and maintaining reports.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- DRA Certified (Compulsory)
- CIBIL must be 700+ with no running defaults in any loan.
- 2–4 years experience in Collections/Recovery
- Minimum 1 year experience in Team Handling
