Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI and payment follow-ups
- Clearly explain outstanding dues and the recovery process
- Inform customers about all available repayment methods
- Update call details and customer commitments in the system
- Coordinate with field executive teams when necessary
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets
