Communication Specialist

As a Client Communication Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients— ensuring they feel supported, heard, and guided at every step of their journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Induction: Welcoming new clients into the system, sharing necessary information, and ensuring they understand the next steps.

• Client Coordination: Managing interactions post-induction, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout their care cycle.

• Query Handling: Addressing questions, concerns, and challenges with clarity, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Therapist Liaison: Coordinating between clients and therapists to schedule sessions, relay updates, and ensure alignment of expectations.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with operations, therapy teams, and leadership to maintain an excellent client experience.

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and case progress for internal reference.

• Emotionally Sensitive Support: Responding calmly and appropriately to clients during emotionally challenging moments while following internal protocols.

• Process Adherence: Ensuring communication standards, timelines, and confidentiality guidelines are consistently met.

• Insight Development: Understanding internal workflows and using these insights to continuously strengthen the client experience.
