Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Strong negotiation skills to coordinate with case workers, labour commissioners, and statutory departments.

Preparation of Monthly Compliance Registers.

Generation of statutory challans (ESIC, PF, PT) within the due date and submission of payment receipts to the client.

Submission of Monthly Compliance MIS Report to the client.

Drafting reply letters and preparing supporting documents in case of any notice received from the Labour Department, followed by submission to the department.

Addressing ESIC-related issues by visiting the ESIC Department and updating the client on the status.

Generating ESIC numbers for newly joined employees through the ESIC Portal and sending TIC cards to the client for signature.

Creating UANs for newly joined employees under PF, and resolving any corrections if required.

Providing daily status updates to the reporting manager.

Completing one-time activities within the timeline, including ESIC, PF, PT, LWF, Shops and Establishment, Factory Act, and IW1.

Filing annual, half-yearly, and quarterly returns within the due dates.

Ensuring compliance to avoid penalties from the department.

Maintaining good rapport with clients.

Activation of digital signatures in the EPF system.

Timely replies to all client emails are mandatory.

Payment collection must be completed within the month, ensuring all pending payments are closed. Then the salary will be released.

No deviation on the compliance and penalties.

Invoice and Payment collection: Team member to take accountability/responsibility of invoicing of their own clients with the help of the Finance team and send it clients in a timely. Follow up on the Invoice payments timely with the clients as per the agreed SLA.
