Content Writer

Role Summary.

We are looking for a Content Writer whose primary focus will be website content writing — articles, blogs, locality guides, buyer guides and project page content that ranks on Google and builds authority — along with social media script writing for Reels, YouTube and ad videos. A social media background is essential. 

Key Responsibilities.

• Own website content writing as your core responsibility: research and write SEO-briefed articles and blogs for the company website and project websites — Bengaluru locality guides, home buyer guides, market insight articles and project overview pages.

• Write social media scripts: Reels/Shorts scripts with strong hooks, YouTube video scripts, ad video scripts and voiceover scripts in collaboration with the creative and editing team.

• Write to a consistent weekly publishing cadence with keyword briefs, proper heading structure, internal links and meta descriptions.

• Fact-check every piece before publishing — prices, possession dates, RERA numbers, locality claims and market data must be verified; no AI-generated content goes live without your human review and correction.

• Support social media captions and post copy: Instagram captions and carousels, LinkedIn posts and YouTube descriptions, repurposed from your long-form articles where possible.

• Assist with social media management: maintain the content calendar, schedule posts via Meta Business Suite or similar tools, and monitor page insights and engagement.

• Write ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns — headlines, primary text and descriptions — aligned to each project's positioning and RERA compliance requirements.

• Adapt tone by project segment: understated and trust-first for luxury projects; direct and offer-led for affordable housing.

• Coordinate with the SEO executive on keyword targets and linkable-asset planning; track content performance (rankings, organic traffic, engagement) and iterate. 

Requirements

• 3–6 months of content writing experience with published articles/blogs you can show (links or

samples), plus a social media background (handles/pages you have written for or managed).

• Working knowledge of social media management — content calendars, post scheduling (Meta

Business Suite or similar tools), community engagement basics and page insights/analytics.

• Strong command of written English — clear, structured long-form writing without fluff.

• Basic SEO writing knowledge: keyword usage, headings (H1/H2/H3), meta descriptions and internal

linking.

• Ability to research a topic independently and turn it into an accurate, readable article.

• Comfortable working with briefs, deadlines and a weekly publishing cadence.

Good to Have

• Experience writing for real estate, BFSI or other high-ticket categories.

• Ability to write short, high-converting copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs) for social and ads.

• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS publishing.

• Experience writing video scripts or working with editors/creators.
