JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Andhra Cuisine Chef
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Andhra Cuisine Chef who specializes in authentic Andhra-style cooking, including traditional recipes, regional flavours, and spicy dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Andhra cuisine, including traditional Andhra meals and regional specialities.
- Specialize in Andhra-style spicy curries, chutneys, pickles, and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage ingredient preparation, stock usage, and food wastage.
- Maintain quality standards and follow kitchen procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably specializing in Andhra cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Andhra and Guntur-style cooking.
- Ability to prepare traditional Andhra dishes with the correct taste and spice levels.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Candidates with experience in South Indian cuisine and strong Andhra cooking skills are preferred.
