Roast Aroma is a fast-growing, premium delivery kitchen specializing in three distinct food segments: Artisanal Stone-Base Pizza, Continental (Pastas/Rice Bowls), and Indo-Chinese. We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and skilled Cook/Chef who can handle high-pressure delivery rushes, maintain precise portion control, and deliver consistent, premium-quality food within our target "Prep-to-Pickup" window of under 10 minutes.

• Key Responsibilities1. Food Preparation & Line CookingThe Pizzateria Station: Hand-stretching pizza dough, uniform topping application, and operating a specialized refractory commercial stone-base pizza oven to achieve the perfect crispy, light crust.
• Wok & Pan Station: Executing high-heat cooking for Indo-Chinese starters (Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Rice/Noodles) and prepping silky Continental pastas (Pink Sauce, Alfredo) and gourmet fusion rice bowls.
• Mise en Place: Ensuring all vegetable chopping, protein marinations (veg & non-veg), sauces, and pizza bases are prepped and stacked before peak delivery hours (12 PM – 3 PM and 7 PM – 11 PM).
• 2. Cloud Kitchen Efficiency & PackagingSpeed of Execution: Working rapidly to meet strict delivery aggregator timelines (Swiggy/Zomato).
• Portion & Cost Control: Strictly adhering to recipe data sheets to ensure every pizza, pasta box, and rice bowl has the exact same weight, appearance, and taste profile.
• Delivery-Friendly Presentation: Ensuring food is plated cleanly into designated leak-proof containers and corrugated boxes so it travels perfectly without getting soggy or spilling.
• 3. Inventory & Kitchen DisciplineStock Tracking: Assisting management with daily inventory counts using our kitchen tracking software and reporting shortages immediately.
• Waste Management: Minimizing ingredient spoilage and recording any kitchen wastage strictly at the end of every shift.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining deep cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, prep tables, and cold storage according to FSSAI standards.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant, QSR, or Cloud Kitchen. Experience handling both Veg and Non-Veg preparations is mandatory.
• Cuisine Expertise: Demonstrated capability in at least two of our core segments: Pizza/Continental or Indo-Chinese.
• Equipment Familiarity: Comfortable handling commercial kitchen gear, including commercial stone deck pizza ovens and high-capacity spiral dough mixers.
• Language Skills: Basic understanding of Kannada or Hindi to coordinate seamlessly with internal kitchen staff and local delivery executives.
• Mindset: Ability to stay calm and organized when multiple Swiggy/Zomato order tickers are printing simultaneously during weekend rushes.
