Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective students from database lists, digital campaign inquiries, or cold leads. [1, 2]
  • Inbound Query Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries regarding course details, schedules, and fees. [1]
  • Student & Parent Counseling: Explain program curricula, eligibility criteria, batch timings, career scope, and fee structures clearly. [1, 2]
  • Appointment Scheduling: Fix physical or virtual counseling sessions and campus visits with senior academic counselors or admission heads. [1]
  • Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain structured, timely follow-ups via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp to convert prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions
