💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹32,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the RoleSamiksha Fashions is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive who has a genuine interest in sarees and fashion.

If you have experience selling sarees, understand different fabrics and styles, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect saree for every occasion, we'd love to have you on our team. ❤️

You will be an important part of our store experience — helping customers explore collections, demonstrating sarees, making styling suggestions and converting their shopping experience into a memorable one.

🛍️ What You'll Do

👩‍💼 Customer & Sales

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional approach.
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, occasion, colour, fabric and preferred style.
• Recommend suitable sarees and confidently explain their features, fabric and value.
• Demonstrate sarees professionally through proper opening, draping, folding and presentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets and earn performance incentives.

👗 Product & Store Management

• Develop strong knowledge of different saree fabrics and collections, including Silk, Cotton, Georgette, Chiffon, Banarasi, Crepe, Designer and other ethnic wear.
• Maintain attractive and organized saree displays.
• Carefully handle, fold and return sarees after customer trials.
• Keep the counter and store area clean, organized and customer-ready.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory updates.

💳 Billing & Operations

• Handle customer billing and POS transactions or assist the cashier when required.
• Support day-to-day store operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service.

⭐ Who We're Looking For

Must Have

• 1+ year experience in saree, ethnic wear, fashion or apparel retail.
• Good knowledge of saree fabrics, materials and styles.
• Excellent saree folding and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products.
• Good to HaveBasic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
• Experience achieving retail sales targets.
• Knowledge of current saree/fashion trends.
• Kannada & English or any south Indian language communication skills preferred.
• English communication is an added advantage.
