Job Description

  1. Welcome customers and take their orders.
  2. Explain products, prices, offers, and combos to customers.
  3. Prepare bills correctly and collect payments.
  4. Suggest extra products to increase sales.
  5. Keep the counter and products clean and well arranged.
  6. Take cake and other pre-orders correctly.
  7. Check product stock and inform the manager when items are low.
  8. Follow iCAKE rules and report any cash, stock, or customer issues to the manager.
