Job Description
Job Title: Crew Member – QSR Outlet
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns courteously.
- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in a QSR or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
