About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and passionate MSW graduates who are deeply committed to driving social change through corporate initiatives. This program starts with a 6-month intensive traineeship/internship, post which successful candidates will be promoted to the role of CSR Executive.

Our CSR initiatives primarily focus on three core pillars:

• Health: Medical camps, healthcare accessibility, health awareness programs.
• Education: School support programs, student scholarships, skill development.
• Environment: Tree plantation drives, sustainability awareness, community clean-ups.
• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects in Education, Healthcare, and Environmental Sustainability.
• Coordinate with NGOs, local community leaders, vendors, and internal teams to organize field activities and events.
• Assist in conducting baseline surveys and impact assessment studies in target communities.
• Prepare field reports, event summaries, and documentation for ongoing CSR projects.
• Engage actively in on-ground field visits and execution of community welfare programs.
• Eligibility & Skill RequirementsEducational Qualification: Completed MSW (Master of Social Work) degree.
• Experience: Freshers with a genuine passion for social work and community development.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with local communities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.

• Stipend, Training Duration & Career GrowthInitial Role: CSR Trainee (6 Months Duration)
• Monthly Stipend: ₹12,300 per month
• Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period and performance evaluation, the candidate will be promoted to CSR Executive with a fixed package of ₹3.00 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
