Job Description

  • Conduct inbound and outbound consultation calls with customers seeking assistance with loan-related concerns.
  • Understand customer requirements related to overdue EMIs, recovery calls, legal notices, multiple loans, and other loan-related challenges.
  • Review available customer information and credit-report details through authorized systems.
  • Explain relevant Credfix services, plan features, pricing, and next steps clearly.
  • Convert qualified customers into paid subscriptions through consultative selling and effective objection handling.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain consistent communication until closure.
  • Maintain accurate call records, customer feedback, follow-up schedules, and dispositions in the internal CRM/console.
  • Ensure smooth handover of subscribed customers to the Relationship Manager (RM) team.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the product and operations teams.
  • Meet defined targets for consultation completion, qualified conversions, follow-ups, and call quality.
