Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and the required regional language.
  • Assist customers with service-related queries, account information, product details, and process-related concerns.
  • Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and communication protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer details, and document resolutions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
  • Meet assigned performance expectations related to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
