Job Description
Process: E-Wallet Customer Support
Channel: Voice & Non-Voice (Calls & Emails)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred
Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Role Overview:
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to handle E-Wallet-related queries through calls and emails, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Assist with refund queries and account cancellation requests.
- Provide account-related guidance and resolve customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work across both Voice and Non-Voice channels as per business requirements.
- Eligibility CriteriaPrior customer support experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling both calls and email support.
- Strong customer-handling, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work across channels as required.
Important: Candidates must be comfortable with both Voice and Non-Voice processes and should not restrict themselves to a single channel.
