Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance and call targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi; regional language is a plus.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
