Job Description

We’re a Bengaluru motorcycle accessories and riding gear and apparel brand shipping thousands of orders a month. We need customer support executives who can handle both calls and chat.

You’ll do: customer calls, WhatsApp support, email replies, order and delivery queries, returns and refunds, coordinating with warehouse and couriers.

You need: fluent English and Hindi, clear written English, comfortable typing, patience, and the ownership to chase a problem until it’s solved.

  • 1–3 years’ support experience preferred; strong freshers welcome.

Busy desk — roughly 60–80 calls and 80–100 messages a day. Small team, real responsibility, clear path to a lead role.

Timings - 🕙 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
