Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Support: Manage and resolve customer queries simultaneously through voice calls, live web chat, and ticketing/email channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide accurate, thorough solutions to customer complaints or plan inquiries within specified timelines.
  • Data & Documentation: Maintain meticulous logs of all customer interactions, account updates, and resolution details in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues that fall outside your immediate scope and route them swiftly to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Customer Retention: Educate customers on platform features, clear up policy queries, and gently suggest relevant products or updates to add value.
