Customer Support (Voice)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to assist customers through live chat by providing timely and accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide proper solutions

Document customer interactions and feedback

Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

Good written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in customer support (optional)

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills

Salary:

₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Shift:

Rotational shifts / Day shift / Night shift (as per business requirement)
