Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Delight Specialist to provide an exceptional learning experience by addressing learner queries, resolving product-related issues, and offering personalized support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and a passion for helping learners achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for domestic and international learners.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by providing appropriate solutions.
• Address learner concerns empathetically and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Help learners access course materials, learning resources, and digital study tools.
• Build strong relationships with learners by understanding their goals and providing personalized support.
• Improve learner satisfaction, engagement, and retention through proactive assistance.
• Maintain professional communication and adhere to daily schedules and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualification's

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• 0–1 year of experience in voice processes, calls, chat, or ticket management.
• Educational background in B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc. Computer Science.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital content tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of learner engagement strategies and personalized customer support.
• Experience in EdTech or educational services is an added advantage.
