Job Description

Hiring: Virtual Relationship Manager

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Day Shift

Experience: Freshers to 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech/BE not eligible)

Age: 18–30 Years

Salary: ₹16,000–₹22,000/month + Incentives

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and queries
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Promote banking and financial products
  • Achieve sales and cross-selling targets
  • Update customer information in CRM
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

English Communication, Customer Handling, Sales & Persuasion, Telesales, Cross-selling, CRM, Relationship Management, Basic Banking Knowledge

Languages: English mandatory + any one of Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam
