Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Communicate with customers through calls, email, chat, or other assigned channels.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions as per process

guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Accurately record customer interactions and update the required systems.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.

• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility & Language Criteria

• Education: Any graduate / undergraduate, as per process requirements.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Languages Required:

o English – Mandatory

o Hindi – Mandatory

o Any one regional language – Mandatory

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-oriented approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in a BPO environment and rotational shifts, if applicable.

CTC: ₹2.16 LPA to ₹2.64 LPA, based on experience, skills, and process requirements.
