Customer Support Executive

Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in queries professionally.

Respond to customer questions regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, appointments, billing, and other dealership services.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.

Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, vehicle status, delivery, and feedback.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

Register and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant departments.

Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the appropriate senior/team member.

Conduct customer follow-ups after vehicle servicing to obtain feedback.

Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Explain service procedures, timelines, and applicable charges to customers when required.

Coordinate with the Service, Sales, Workshop, and CRM teams to resolve customer requirements.

Update customer information and interactions in the CRM/DMS system.

Maintain daily/weekly reports related to calls, follow-ups, complaints, appointments, and customer feedback.

Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Ensure company/dealership customer service standards are followed.
