Role - Customer Support Executive

Shift - 10 AM - 7 PM ( 9 Hours )

Experience - Freshers can apply , Up-to 2 years candidates can apply

Lanquages - English and Hindi Mandatory

Salary - 18000 - 22000 in Hand


Roles and responsibilities


  • Should be fluent in English and Hindi Both able to Manage

customer conversations confidently

  • Handle Customer calls and queries
  • Resolve customer issue professionally
  • Provide Accurate information about products and service
  • Maintain good customer service and communication
  • Update customer details in thew system
  • Follow Company process and guidelines
  • Meet Daily performance and quality targets.
