Job Description
Role & responsibilities
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA's.
Support inbound sales through upselling or cross selling of products or services.
•Ability to handle disputes
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Ability to work well in a team
•Adaptable and flexible
UK shift time (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Work from Office (5 Days working)
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation is mandatory
- Candidates should be good in english communication
- Immediate Joiners Only
- Minimum of 1 year of experience is must
