Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with queries related to vehicle purchase, sales, servicing, documentation, and delivery.
  • Provide accurate information about used two-wheelers, pricing, finance, insurance, and related services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
