Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and requests through email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with banking-related products and services.
- Handle queries related to account services, transactions, cards, payments, and other banking services.
- Verify and process customer requests according to defined procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
- Follow banking process guidelines, quality standards, and data-security procedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Deliver professional and customer-friendly communication through email.
