We are Hiring for the position of Technical and Customer support Executive (Work-from-office)

Female candidates only

Immediate joiners preferred

Must be fluent in Kannda, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and HR operations

Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are working).

Working Timings: 10.00AM to 6.00 PM

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer and employee support calls.
• Assist with technical issues, login problems and platform-related queries.
• Support insurance claims and policy endorsement requests.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain issue records, ticket updates and daily reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure professional customer service and employee support.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle calls and follow up on issues.
• Patience, ownership and a positive attitude.
