Job Description
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
Assist customers with product, service, account, order, or process-related queries.
Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines while handling customers.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution or escalation.
Maintain quality and accuracy in all customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required and provide timely updates.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Meet required quality and service standards.
