Job Summary: Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process and Sales process to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service and convert them to leads for sales.

• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Promote and explain relevant products/services to customers
• Identify sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Gender: Male & Female candidates eligible.
• Employment: Full-Time.

Language Requirements

• English + Telugu
• English + Malayalam

Fluent communication in the required regional language is preferred.

• Shift Timings: Morning Shifts or Evening Shift
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM
• Shift timings may vary based on process requirements.
• Required Skills: Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Salary & Benefits
• CTC: ₹20,000/month
• Take-Home: ₹16,500/month
• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 every 3 months
• Travel Allowance: Provided every 3 months
