Business MIS & Collection Analytics

• Demand vs. Recovery Tracking: Prepare entity-wise demand vs. recovery reports to evaluate collection efficiencies and identify non-collected accounts.
• Performance Visibility: Equip Zonal Heads and Supervisors with daily/weekly branch recovery performance metrics.
• Route & Field Tracking: Conduct route-wise collection analyses to track supervisors' on-field recovery efforts.
• Audit & Telecalling Support: Deliver clean, actionable data to the telecalling and audit teams for targeted customer monitoring.

Risk & Delinquency Management (EDQ & PAR)

• Stress Reporting: Generate collection stress reports alongside scheduled and non-scheduled collection analysis.
• Digital Collection Dashboards: Build and maintain EDQ (Early Delinquency) dashboards focused on digital collection percentages across banking partners.
• Portfolio at Risk (PAR) Analytics: Analyze month-on-month (MoM) Overdue (OD) flows to identify slippages and forecast future flows.
• AUM & P&L Reviews: Compile branch-wise Asset Under Management (AUM) and PAR account summaries, pairing them with Profit & Loss (P&L) data to guide senior management's recovery strategies.
• Financial Alignment: Reconcile overall AUM accounts between Finance/Accounting ledgers and Efimo product-wise data for precise risk estimation.

Performance Incentives & Reporting

• Incentive Calculation: Compute monthly incentives for field staff and supervisors strictly following company incentive policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct MoM trend analyses to identify high-performing and non-performing employees based on business and collection metrics.
• Executive Presentations: Design data-driven PPT presentations detailing PAN India collection performance and database health for executive leadership reviews.
