Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems.
  • Handle daily data entry tasks, including customer details, invoices, records and reports.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and maintain daily reports.
  • Manage documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Basic knowledge of email and internet operations.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
