Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / System Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating databases, verifying information, ensuring system efficiency, and maintaining accurate digital records. The ideal candidate has fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management: Input customer, financial, and operational data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems accurately and efficiently.
2. System Operations: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance checks, and troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
3. Data Verification: Compare entered data against source documents to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or missing information.
4. Record Keeping: Organize physical and digital records in compliance with company security and privacy policies.
5. Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly data reports as requested by management.
6. Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks, file retrieval, and general office support.
