Delivery Executive

• Safely transport and deliver goods to customer addresses within designated timeframes.
• Load, unload, prepare, and inspect delivery items to ensure they are secure and undamaged.
• Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS and routing applications.
• Collect and process payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders accurately.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and immediately report any delays or delivery issues.
• Interact with customers professionally to ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Perform basic daily maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (if company vehicle is not provided).
• Strong familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
• Possess a smartphone with an active data connection and GPS capability.
