Dental Clinic Assistant

A well-established, high-volume multi-specialty dental clinic (implants, orthodontics/aligners, general dentistry) with 6 chairs. We are looking for reliable, hardworking chairside assistants who can support our doctors in a busy clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during all procedures (restorations, RCT, extractions, implants, orthodontic work, etc.)
• Prepare treatment rooms, set up instrument trays, and ensure operatory readiness
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments as per strict infection-control protocols; maintain autoclave logs
• Assist with patient preparation, comfort, and basic post-operative instructions
• Take and process dental radiographs (if trained) and help with impressions
• Maintain patient records and assist with basic documentation
• Monitor dental material stock and report low inventory
• Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and ready for the next patient
• Support smooth patient flow in a high-volume practice
