Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium properties while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Property Tours: Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of Sobha properties.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and ensure a smooth transaction process from inquiry to closing.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and real estate market analysis tools.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
