Design Engineer – Facade / Fenestration
Designation: Design Engineer | Experience: 1+ Year in Design Engineering / Facade / Fenestration
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Key Skills: AutoCAD, SchueCal, Orgadata LogiKal or Eva, Fabrication Knowledge.
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore | Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related technical field |Working: Full Time | Permanent | Department: Technical Department

About the Role
The Design Engineer will be part of the Technical Department and will report to the Technical Manager. The role involves handling post-award technical activities, including shop drawings, material take-offs, production documentation and technical coordination with clients, architects, consultants and internal teams.
1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice preferred.
Job Description
Review architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings as per project and tender requirements.
Prepare material take-offs and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project drawings and requirements.
Prepare production-related drawings and documents and coordinate with the production team for accurate fabrication and assembly.
Provide technical guidance and support for site surveys and installation activities.
Participate in design review meetings and technical discussions with clients, architects and consultants.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and drawing-related issues during project execution.
Candidates with experience in facade, fenestration, aluminium systems or related technical/design work will be preferred.
Ensure drawings and technical documentation are accurate and aligned with project requirements.Required Skills
Knowledge of facade and fenestration systems.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
Experience or knowledge of SchueCal, Orgadata LogiKal or Eva will be an added advantage.
