Job Description
Quick Ride is India's leading corporate carpooling and mobility platform, connecting professionals with smart, sustainable, and cost-effective commuting solutions. We partner with enterprises, tech parks, and residential communities to transform urban mobility through innovative technology and impactful marketing.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement across all platforms.
- Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and app adoption.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams to launch marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for leadership.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Experience in mobility, SaaS, technology, consumer apps, or startup environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
