Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Digital MarketingManage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, enquiries and conversions.
• Track digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Implement basic SEO and local SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content related to interior design, home interiors, renovation, modular kitchens, wardrobes and completed projects.
• Develop creative ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, stories, carousels and videos.
• Visit project sites to capture before & after, work-in-progress and completed-project content.
• Write captions, headlines, ad copy and social media content.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to collect project information and visuals.

Video Editing

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Edit site videos, walkthroughs, client testimonials and project showcase videos.
• Add music, transitions, subtitles, text overlays, voiceovers and branding.
• Create short-form videos optimized for social media.
• Maintain consistency in video quality, branding and visual style.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve or similar software will be an advantage.
• Lead Generation & Follow-UpGenerate leads through social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding new digital leads.
• Maintain lead reports and monitor lead quality.
• Support WhatsApp and social media enquiry management when required.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good video editing and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar tools.
• Good photography/video shooting skills using mobile or camera.
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Ability to understand trends and create Instagram/Reels-friendly content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/content creation.

• Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, home décor or related industries will be an advantage.
• Should have a portfolio of social media posts, reels or edited videos.
• Creative, proactive and willing to visit project sites for content creation.
• Should have a good understanding of current social media trends.
