JOB DESCRIPTION Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive Company: Sshoppee & Premier IT Solutions Industry: Consumer Electronics | IT Products | Retail & Distribution Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our digital marketing activities and social media presence across our distribution and retail business. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content, managing social media pages, running digital campaigns, and increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, leads, and sales.  Manage and maintain company social media handles and pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.  Plan and create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, creatives, and promotional content for products and offers.  Promote and market Apple products, Dell laptops, accessories, and other IT/electronics products through digital channels.  Manage social media calendars, campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal offers.  Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.  Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.  Track social media trends, competitor activities, and market developments and implement relevant strategies.  Coordinate with the sales and retail teams to create marketing campaigns that support business and sales objectives.  Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity across all digital platforms.  Respond to customer comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally and promptly.  Optimize content using SEO, keywords, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices. Required Skills  1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.  Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.  Good content writing, copywriting, and creative communication skills.  Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing tools.  Ability to create or coordinate social media creatives, reels, and promotional videos.  Knowledge of Canva or similar creative-design tools is preferred.  Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.  Good communication, creativity, time management, and analytical skills.  Experience in retail, consumer electronics, IT products, or e-commerce marketing will be an added advantage.
