Dispatch Executive

About the Role: Drivers4me, a leading provider of on-call drivers, is seeking a proactive Operations Executive to oversee driver shifts and coordinate bookings. You will take full ownership of your assigned shift, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily and on-demand bookings to available drivers efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve driver queries in real-time.
• Manage and monitor end-to-end shift progress to ensure high service quality and timely execution.
• Take full accountability for shift performance and actively contribute to business growth through smooth operational management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle real-time queries.
• Ability to multitask, manage high-pressure situations, and make quick decisions.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or team management is highly preferred.
• Readiness to take ownership of shift outcomes and driver satisfaction.
