Dispatch & Delivery CoordinatorShip in the Mouth, Bengaluru

• Location: Our factory in Horamavu, near Cloudnine Hospital (find us on Google Maps as “Ship in the Mouth”)
• Hours: Full time, 10 am to 7 pm, with 1 weekly off (mostly Sunday)
• Salary: Rs 18,000 per month
• Reports to: Customer Support Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate all daily dispatches and deliveries from the factory.
• Pack and label shipments correctly, and hand them over to couriers and drivers.
• Follow up with delivery drivers and courier partners until orders are delivered.
• Home-deliver orders to nearby customers when needed.
• Update the CRM with order, dispatch and delivery status.
• Keep a simple daily record of orders dispatched, pending and returned.
• Tell the team early about delays, damaged parcels or customer complaints.

What we are looking for

• Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi, to speak with customers, drivers and couriers.
• Organised and reliable, and able to handle many orders at once.
• Comfortable using a phone and basic apps; able to update a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle, for the occasional home delivery.
• Careful with packing, so that cakes and tins reach customers in good condition.
• Punctual, especially during the busy Oct to Dec season.
• Lives in or near Horamavu, or can reach it easily every day.

An advantage (not required)

• Earlier work in dispatch, logistics, e-commerce or a courier company.
• Familiarity with courier and delivery partners and their apps.
