Qualification: MBBS (MD/other PG preferred); active medical registration

Experience: >3 years of post graduation experience

Salary Range: 1.40 LPM to 1.45LPM + ESOPs after fundraise + Opportunity to be part of the start up growth journey by working alongside the Founder/ CEO and leadership directly

Key skills: Prior experience in home healthcare, hospital operations, or clinical quality/governance roles preferred, Comfortable defining protocols and working in a dynamic startup environment

Key Responsibilities:

Define SOPs for nurses and physiotherapists across all in-scope services (e.g., post surgery recovery, wound care, injections, physio protocols)

Build a performance evaluation framework for clinical staff (quality, safety, patient experience)

Define emergency protocols and clear escalation pathways for home-visit scenarios

Define Zypheal's clinical service scope — which nursing and physiotherapy services are in-house and which require hospital/partner referral that are to be identified proactively

Support recruitment and clinical vetting of nursing and physiotherapy staff

Provide input on regulatory/clinical-establishment matters (KPME, Clinical Establishments Act) alongside legal counsel- Optional

Work timings: 10AM to 6PM

Work days /week: 5 days working from Bellandur office and weekends will be off. (from January, we can consider 3 days office and 2 days from home)
