Driver To Chairman

Drive the Chairman safely and professionally to meetings, business appointments, events, and personal engagements as required.

Maintain punctuality and ensure the Chairman reaches destinations on time.

Plan routes in advance and select the safest and most efficient routes based on traffic and schedules.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and good operating condition.

Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, oil, and other essential vehicle components.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, and documentation when required.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s travel plans, meetings, conversations, and personal information.

Provide professional, courteous, and respectful service at all times.

Assist with luggage, documents, or other items when required.

Monitor traffic and weather conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and expenses where required.

Be available for early-morning, late-evening, weekend, or out-of-station travel when required.

Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.

Handle unexpected travel changes or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Ensure the vehicle is ready and available according to the Chairman’s daily schedule.
