🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Executive – E&Money
Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru
Company: Ison Xperiences India Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month
Shift: Day Shift
Education: 12th Pass & Above
Experience: 1-5 years
Age: 18–30 years
Languages: English & Hindi - Mandatory
💼 Process : E-Wallet Customer Support – Voice & Non-Voice (Blended Process)
You will handle customer queries through calls and emails, assist with e-wallet-related concerns, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice (Calls) & Non-Voice (Email)
- Assist with refund and account cancellation queries
- Provide account-related guidance and resolve customer concerns
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure a positive customer experience
🔹Requirements :
Customer support experience is mandatory
- Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience may also be considered
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi - Mandatory
- Comfortable handling both calls and emails
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work across Voice & Non-Voice channels
